Stubnitz Environmental Education Programs Dinner Auction

On November 10, 2012, the LISD and LCEF will host the 14th Annual Dinner Auction fundraiser to benefit Stubnitz Environmental Education Programs. The event will highlight local food producers with a four-course Harvest Festival grazing station buffet, a silent auction, and a live auction. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. at the Lenawee Country Club; tickets are $30 each or $225 for a table of eight. Please contact Pam Bunch at 517-265-6691 or pam.bunch@lisd.us for more information.

Lenawee County Annual Scholarship Reception

Annually, the Lenawee County community comes together to announce and celebrate the hundreds of scholarship awards and awardees. The 2013 scholarship reception will be held on Friday, May 3, 2013 at Adrian College’s Dawson Auditorium, beginning at 1:30 p.m.
Strokes for Students Golf Tournament

The Strokes for Students Golf Tournament is an annual fundraising event for the Lenawee County Education Foundation. Funds generated from the tournament are utilized to support scholarships for Lenawee County students pursuing post secondary education and mini-grants for Lenawee County K-12 teachers.
The Strokes for Students Golf Tournament invites teams of four to participate in the tournament. Each 4 person team will be joined by a student from one of Lenawee County’s high school golf teams. The student will serve as the “pro” on each team, following the pro-am scramble format.
The 2012 Strokes for Students event was held on Monday, May 21, 2012 and raised over $25,000!
